The above application is filed to condone the delay of 1357 days in filing the proof of debt before the Respondent against Company under liquidation M/s Emas Engineers and Contractors Private Limited.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and accordingly the delay is condoned as prayed for.

The learned Official Liquidator is permitted to carry out the proceedings if it is otherwise in order and disburse the amount subject to the availability of funds.
