ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first to third respondents to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2013 and reminder dated 18.07.2019 within time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard, Mr.D.Senthilkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner filed an application to cancel the patta issued in favour of the respondents 4 to 6 before the first respondent. On receipt of the same, the first respondent directed the third respondent to issue summons to the respondents 4 to 6. Even after recording the statement of the parties, the third respondent did not pass any orders and kept the matter as pending.

4. Considering the above, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
