The main Original Petition had been directed to be listed before the learned Master for recording of evidence on 07.06.2023 as pleadings have been completed.

2.The present application has been filed for an interim custody of the child.

3.Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the earlier order of visitation rights of the father could be continued on the weekend. 4.Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that since the applicant/father is working in Nagpur, he would come on every 4th Saturday and Sunday of every month.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the applicant is permitted to have custody of the child on every 4th Saturday and Sunday of every succeeding month between 9.00 A.M. and 6.00 P.M. The father of the child shall pick up the child from the house of the mother and drop back the child at the house of the mother at 6.00 P.M. on those days. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

pam 6.The video conferencing that has been happening on every Saturday shall continue.
