This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14477 of 2023 dated 17.07.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police weekly once for a period of four weeks and thereafter, 1st working day of every month.
