O R D E R
When this matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.04.01.2022), none appeared for the petitioner. 2.However, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that, initially, the Indian Oil Corporation / 2nd respondent herein, called the bids for Retail Outlets, in which, the petitioner has not participated and tender was also awarded in favour of the third parties. Therefore, he submits that nothing survives in this Writ Petition for adjudication.
3. As rightly contended by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Writ Petition is related to the year 2017 and the tender was also awarded to third parties, and therefore, the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous, and that is the reason why, the petitioner has not appeared before this Court to represent their case.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
