ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent, to immediately register the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.09.2014 and to effectively investigate the matter and file a final report without any delay. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 05.09.2014, it is seen that this petitioner along with the deceased Jothi Viswanathan, Mr. Selvraj, Dr.A.R. Saraswathi and Mr. Venugopal, as Directors, were jointly doing business in the name of Sri Balakrishna Spinners Private Limited. It is alleged by the petitioner that the other Directors have sold the property illegally in the year 2008. From the complaint, it appears that, there is a dispute between the Directors. The dispute is civil in nature.

issued as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
