ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.09.2022.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner gave complaint against one A.Raja on 27.09.2022, the third respondent police has not registered a case till now. Therefore, the third respondent police may be directed to register the case, based on the compliant given by the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that, after receipt of complaint dated 27.09.2022 from the petitioner, the third respondent police forwarded the complaint to the Central Crime Branch (Cyber Crime) Team A. They conducted enquiry and closed the complaint on 16.10.2022. The closure report also sent to the petitioner. 2/4

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court to work out his remedy for filing petition under 156(3) of Cr.P.C.
