Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to permit the petitioner, who is working as BT Assistant in History subject in the 4th Respondent school, to attend the refresher course and also the interactive sessions to be conducted by the 4th Respondent to all the BT Teachers without Teachers Eligibility Test qualification during annual vacation as per the direction of this Court in W.A.No.213 etc of 2016 dated 24.08.2016.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mrs.C.Uma, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and therefore, she seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and she also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.
