ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since there has been no instruction from the petitioner for long time, the learned 1/4

counsel has sent a registered letter to the petitioner to get latest instruction to get along with the case. However, the said letter has been returned as the addressee i.e., the petitioner left the address.

2. In view of the said development, the petitioner counsel is not able to contact the petitioner and the petitioner also has not come forward to give any instructions. Therefore, recording the same, a suitable order can be passed by this Court, the learned counsel contended.

3. In view of the aforestated facts and circumstances, since the petitioner has not come forward to give suitable instruction to the learned counsel to get along with the case, for want of prosecution, this Court feels that, this writ petition can be dismissed, accordingly it is dismissed. However, subsequently, if the petitioner comes forward to revive this writ petition by giving the reasons as to why he has not given instruction to the learned counsel to pursue this matter, this writ petition can be revived at that time depending upon the plausible reasons in this regard to be made by the petitioner by filing appropriate application. 2/4

4. With the aforesaid observation and liberty, this Writ Petition is dismissed as there has been no instruction from the petitioner. No costs.
