ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the detenue - Vijayalakshmi, aged 60 years, who is found missing from 04.08.2019 before this Court and set her at liberty, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that the detenue, who is the sister of the petitioner, has been murdered and a case has been registered in Crime No.0108 of 2019 on the file of Bethamangala Police Station, Bangarpet Circle, K.G.F., Karnataka on 06.08.2019.
