This petition has been filed to call for the records relating to FIR No.686 of 2016 dated 26.10.2016 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Omalur and quash the same against the petitioner herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation has been completed in Crime No.686 of 2016 and final report has also been filed and based on the same a case was taken on file in C.C.No.158 of 2017 on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Omalur. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
