ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to register the case based on the order dated 11.08.2023 made in CMP.No.2368 of 2023 on the file of Judicial Magistrate II, Alandur.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered on the file of the respondent police in Crime No.338 of 2023 on 09.09.2023 for offences under Sections 454, 457, 380 read with 34 of the IPC as per the directions of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Alandur.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
