2. In the affidavit filed in support of this Petition, it has been stated that the decision to file an appeal has to be taken by the Regional Office. There was a delay in finalising the said decision.

3. Notice has been directed and served upon the respondents and the names of the respondents has been printed in the cause list.

4. Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay is condoned and this Petition is ordered.
