O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondent herein to register a case, based on the complaint dated 18.02.2016, this petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court, after invoking proviso to Section 482 of Cr.P.C.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent as early as on 16.02.2016, however, the respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the relief as above stated.

3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, petition an enquiry in C.S.R.No.87 of 2016 is pending.

4. Considering the rival submission made on both sides, the respondent herein is directed to expedite the enquiry and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
