ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition seeks for expeditious disposal of Probate O.P.No.11 of 2022 pending on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 12.09.2024, I directed the Registry to call for a report from the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore as to how long she will take for disposal of the suit. The 1/3

learned Judge sent a report without stating the outer limit for disposal of the Probate Original Petition.

3. Though an outer limit has not been stated by the learned Principal District Judge, Coimbatore, the learned Judge is directed to dispose of Probate O.P.No.11 of 2022 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
