Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Suspend the order of conviction and sentence passed by the Learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge at Chennai in S.C.No.282 of 2016, by its Judgement dated 17.09.2020, and enlarge him on bail pending above Crl.A.No.480 of 2020.

When this Court was about to dismiss this petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
