This application has been filed to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the written statement of the first defendant and the Adoption Memo of D2 to D4 under Order VIII Rule 1 of Code of Civil Procedure.

2. The learned counsel for the plaintiff has no objection for allowing this application.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown for the delay. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the written statement of the first defendant is taken on file and the Adoption Memo of D2 to D4 is also taken on file and accepted.
