This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to quash the case in D.V.C.No.42 of 2021 on the file of XVII Metropolitan magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned counsel for the respondent would state that the Domestic Violence Case in D.V.C.No.42/2021 on the file of XVII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, Chennai, was dismissed on 27.12.2023 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the present civil revision petition. They have also produced a copy of the online case status to prove the same.

3. Recording, the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 22.02.2024 Index :yes/No Speaking /Non speaking order vsi 2/4
