This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order made in Crl.O.P.No.16260 of 2013, dated 1/3

06.08.2013.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that as per the order of this Court dated 06.08.2013 in Crl.O.P.Nos.21327 of 2009 (batch), the respondent has conducted an enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.03.2013 and registered an F.I.R in Crime No.390 of 2013 on 30.06.2013 and hence, the order of this Court has been complied.

3.Recording the said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the Contempt Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
