Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the petition, the petition is allowed and the delay of 217 days in paying the deficit Court Fee of Rs.2,62,900/- is condoned, subject to petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund on or before 25.09.2019. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post 'for admission' on 26.09.2019.
