Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and for the reasons stated in the affidavit, this application is ordered duly setting aside the order dated 08.09.2022 passed in W.P.No.26524 of 2018 and the writ petition is restored to the file of this Court for disposal on merits.
