Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order of impugned Refusal Check Slip in RFL/Hozur/117/2023 dated 11.08.2023 by the second respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequentially direct the respondent to register the final decree passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.119 of 2017 on the file of Additional District Court, Hosur, in respect of S.Nos.208/2A, 208/2B & 209 totally to an extent of 5.80 Acres at Deveerapally Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Refusal Check Slip issued by the second respondent, whereby he refused to register the final decree passed in I.A.No.1 of 2019 in O.S.No.119 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District Court, Hosur.

This Court, on 05.04.2024, has passed the following order:- "This court has pointed out the very illegality committed by the Sub Registrar, Hosur, in refusing to register the court decree. On the other hand, he has gone into enquiring whether the parties are co-owners or not, particularly when the final decree has already been passed by the court. At this stage, Mr.P.Anandakumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that he will instruct the Sub Registrar, Hosur to register the document in question and report compliance.
2. Post the matter for reporting compliance, finally on 15.04.2024."

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo dated 06.06.2024 stating that he contacted the petitioner through mobile but she is not responding and hence, he sent notice on 18.05.2024 and that was received by her on 28.05.2024. 4.
Despite an opportunity given to the petitioner to read the document, she is not interested.

In such view of the matter, the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner dated 06.06.2024 is recorded and this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
