ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.110 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

2.Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report had been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamalle and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.111 of 2023 and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.Therefore, nothing survives in this Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
