O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 17.11.2023 passed in W.P.No.25192 of 2013.

2. When this matter is taken up for consideration on 24.01.2025, this court having noticed that the Respondent No.1 has already complied with the order and the matter is pending with the Respondent No.2, suo motu impleaded the Respondent no.2 and posted it to today.

3. Mr.Haja Nazirudeen, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the Respondent No.1 as well as Mr.V.Vijayashankar, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2 submitted that pursuant to the proposal submitted by the Respondent No.1, Respondent No.2 has already issued appropriate orders releasing the revised pension of the petitioner through proceedings dated 24.01.2025. A copy of the same is also placed before this court and also shown to have been served on the petitioner on 30.01.2025 itself.

4. In view of the same, this court is convinced that the respondents have complied with the order passed by this court. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
