ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 28.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.8991 of 2024, thereby directing the respondents to pay monetary benefits to the petitioner from the date of his joining as Forest Watcher viz., 21.03.2014 till 28.04.2022, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents disbursed all the monetary benefits to the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the statement salary arrears before this Court. 3.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
