The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 498-A and 363 IPC, on the file of the respondent police, in Crime No.6 of 2011 and seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant was married to the son of the petitioner on 17.04.2009 and thereafter, the family members of the petitioner had harassed the defacto complainant demanding additional dowry.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and she has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to cooperate for the trial.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and the charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal, which is taken on file in C.C.No.208 of 2015.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on her appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal and on her executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and the petitioner shall appear before the trial court for all future hearings without fail. Except on those days her absence is condoned by filing a petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.

7.The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed. sms 28.03.2016 Crl.OP.No.6561 of 2016
