Challenging the case in Crime No.151 of 2023 pending on the file of the 1st respondent, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, in this case, this Court has granted interim stay of further proceedings in Crime No.151 of 2023, which was not extended till then. However, the first respondent has completed the investigation and filed the final report.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submits that the interim stay has not been extended. In any event, now having completed the investigation, the final report filed and the same was taken cognizance by the trial Court.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Page No.2/4

Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
