This petition is filed to bring on record the respondents 7 to 12 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent and to array them as respondents 8 to 13 in the Second Appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the respondents 7 to 12 herein are brought on record as respondents 8 to 13 in the Second Appeal and the petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the Memorandum of Second Appeal.
