O R D E R

Challenging the proceedings entitled under section 47(A) of the Indian Stamp Act, the present Writ Petition has been filed. Today, When the matter was called, the learned Government Advocate by relying upon the written instructions of the 2nd respondent herein dated 27.02.2019, submitted that the petitioner herein paid the deficit stamp duty of Rs.12,684 on 05.04.2007 itself and that the document has also been received by the 4th respondent. As such, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition.
