The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent / contemnor would submit that an interim order staying the operation of the Writ Court order has been obtained in W.A.No.2716 of 2023, which filed against the order made in W.P.No.12958 of 2015, and therefore, the petitioner can pursue further course of action, if any, after passing of final order in the said Writ Appeal. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.
