The learned counsel appearing for the respondents in O.P.No. 788 of 2016 would submit that the first respondent had died on 02.04.2017 leaving behind the second respondent as her sole surviving legal heir. He has also filed a memo to that effect. The said memo is taken on record. The second respondent is declared as sole surviving legal heir of the first respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants is absent. The counsel for the applicants to take steps to carry out the necessary amendment by recording the second respondent as legal heir of the deceased first respondent in the original petition as well as in the applications by 09.08.2018. Post on 13.08.2019.
