] This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph 10.(i) inter alia to furnish independent sureties vide its order dated 05.07.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.5737 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1220 of 2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not released despite the order of this Court dated 05.07.2024, suspending the sentence of imprisonment since the learned trial judge had not accepted the sureties offered by the relatives of the petitioner, stating that they are not independent sureties.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph 10.(i) vide Crl.M.P.No.5737 of 2024 in Crl.A.No.1220 of 2022 dated 05.07.2024 is modified to the effect that "(i) The petitioner M.S.RAMESH, J.

Anu shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/-, with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, Tiruppur District;"

4. All other conditions remain unaltered. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
