2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3.On perusal of the typed set of papers, it reveals that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 10.03.2016 to the respondent by post. She has also filed postal receipt. 4.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 10.03.2016 along with all other documents to the respondent on 05.04.2016 and on receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

follow the dictum laid down in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out.
