O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register the complaint given by him on 24.02.2015.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the complaint dated 24.02.2015 has been received by the respondents, they have not shown any interest to investigate the matter and to register the complaint. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have not received any complaint from the petitioner. He further submitted that if the petitioner would give a fresh complaint, the respondents may look into the same.

4.Therefore, the petitioner is directed to give a fresh complaint to the 2nd respondent and on receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, expedite the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and follow the dictum laid down in Lalitha Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC) and register a case, if any cognizable offence is made out.

The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
