This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 and 2 from interfering with the civil and business dispute between the petiitoner and the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that due to dispute in business, the third respondent has lodged a complaint against the petitioner before the second respondent, for which the petitioner sent a detailed representation to the respondents 1 and 2 on 13.12.2021, stating that the matter pertains to dispute in business between the petitioner and the third respondent and as it is purely civil in nature, the respondents police need not interfere with the same. He further submitted that despite receipt of the representation,

the respondents have not taken any action till date and hence the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for the aforesaid relief.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondents 1 and 2 have not received the representation of the petitioner.

3. Heard both sides. Perused the records.

4. In the typed set of papers though the petitioner enclosed the representation as well as the postal receipt, there is no proof to show that whether the respondents 1 and 2 has received the same.

5. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Second Respondent along with a copy of the representation dated 13.12.2021 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the second respondent shall act in accordance with law and take decision within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.This Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
