This petition is filed to condone the delay of 744 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, the learned counsel takes notice for the 3rd respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 744 days is condoned and the petition is ordered. It is made clear that the petitioners are not entitled for any interest for the compensation amount enhanced, if any, in the appeal.
