O R D E R
This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 20.04.2017 passed in W.P. No. 9604 of 2017.
2. When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has paid the entire amount as demanded by the respondent authorities and has also received the documents.
3. On the other hand, the learned Government counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that as against the order passed in the writ petition, the respondent authorities filed an appeal before the Division Bench of this Court and the same is pending for consideration.
4. Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Contempt Petition is closed.
