Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 297 days in the filing of Writ Appeal against W.P.No.10941 of 2016 and render justice.(in CMP.No.5536/2017) Reconstructed the cases papers in WA.SR.13641 of 2017 and CMP.5536 of 2017 vide note order dated 29/09/2021 SVNJ, RVJ Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANDHAN DORAISAMI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.THAMIZHARASI, ADVOCATE for the 1st Respondent and of MR.K.V.SAJEEV KUMAR, GOVERNMENT COUNSEL for the 2nd Respondent the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, to condone the delay of 297 days in filing the above writ appeal.
2. Heard both parties.

Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, the delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.2,000/- [Rupees Two Thousand Only] in favour of Dean, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, petition to condone the delay, would stand dismissed, without further reference to this Court.
4. On payment of costs within the stipulated period and production of receipt, Registry is directed to number the Writ appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission before the Court.
