This petition has been filed to amend the provision of offences as 296(b), 118(1), 329(4), 324(4), 351(3) of the Bharathiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) 2024 instead of 126(2), 296(2), 115(2), 118(2), 351(3), 324(2) in Crl.O.P.No. 17465 of 2024 dated 25.07.2024.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is inclined to allow this petition and accordingly, this Crl.M.P.No.13923 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order copy and issue a fresh order copy in Crl.O.P.No.17465 of 2024 dated 25.07.2024 to the parties.
