, The learned counsel for the respondent/defendant submits that the documents that are proposed to be introduced by the defendant in the above application are not relevant to the present suit and therefore application filed by the applicant/defendant is liable to be dismissed.

2. On perusing the affidavit filed in support of the application and counter application filed, I am inclined to allow the application. The documents that are proposed to be introduced in the evidence shall be marked subject to admissibility, proof and relevancy.

3. List this case before the learned Master for completing trial on 23.12.2022. The case shall be referred back to the Court after completion of trial on 09.01.2023.
