This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in paragraph 6(c) of the order dated 18.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.16813 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioners are jointly directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) to the credit of Crime No.329 of 2024 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and on such deposit, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the same, on filing undertaking affidavit and proper identification and acknowledgment.
