Mr.Kamlesh Kannan Government Advocate C O M M O N O R D E R (Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) When these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent stated that the District Collector has passed orders under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act on 12.10.2019. He has also produced the copy of the said orders before this Court and the same has been supplied to the petitioner's counsel, for which she has also not disputed the position. The learned counsel for the petitioner also made

an endorsement in the bundles stating that as the District Collector has passed the order under Section 14 of the Act, these Writ Petitions may be disposed of.

2. In view of the order passed by the District Collector, the relief sought in these Writ Petitions has become infructuous. Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
