Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent to register a case based upon the petitioner's complaint dated 04.11.2015 and order dated 14.12.2015 passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Neyveli under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. and investigate the same and to file a final report within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 04.11.2015 and investigate the same and file a final report.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the respondent on 04.11.2015. But the respondent has not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. 3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.39 of 2016 for offences under Sections 143, 323, 294(b), 324, 406 and 417 IPC read with Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
