ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Though number of grounds were urged by petitioner to assail the correctness and validity of the lock and seal order, learned counsel for petitioner fairly states that petitioner has already

approached the revisional authority by making a revision petition under Section 80A of the Town and Country Planning Act, 1971.

2. In that view of the matter, without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is dismissed with liberty to press the revision petition pending before the revisional authority, which shall be disposed as expeditiously as possible.
