O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the third respondent to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the land in Survey No.490/1 measuring 72 square meter in Aaladi Village, Virudachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District by considering her representation dated 22.07.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the said property under registered sale deed dated 30.12.1985 from one Appaji and have been in possession and enjoyment of the same. The petitioner's representation dated 22.07.2024 seeking issuance of patta has not been considered by the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner will be considered by the third respondent. 2/5

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2024 and pass final order on its own merits within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
