This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.544 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.27960 of 2024, dated 10.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the investigation is not yet completed.

3. Considering the said fact, bail condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30a.m., until further orders and this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
