The petitioner claims to have given a representation dated 12.09.2016 to the third respondent seeking for issuance of patta, 1.0 acres of land comprised in S.Nos.272/5 and 272/6 at Madhampatti Village, Coimbatore District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader representing the respondents 1 to 3.

petition and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.09.2016 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law.
