This application has been filed to direct the respondents to sell the property which is morefully and clearly described in the schedule to the Judges Summons to the applicant at the prevailing market rate of Rs.4020/- per square feet.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is ready to buy the said property for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only ) per square feet.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the respondents have agreed for the said amount in respect of sale of property described in the schedule and has no objection in allowing this application. A.A.NAKKIRAN, J.

Recording the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant and no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed. The applicant is directed to make payment within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
