C.M.P.No.20900 of 2021 in C.M.A.SR.No.25783 of 2012 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 270 days in filing the appeal against the Judgment and Decree dated 08.03.2011 made in M.C.O.P.No.266 of 2008 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Principal District Judge) at Tiruvallur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Though the respondents have been served, they had not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.

4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
