..Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to implement the resolution Nos.1 to 16, dated 03.06.2016 by according administrative sanctions and all other necessary sanctions and approvals to the petitioner and the 4th respondent to implement the welfare schemes, viz., laying of Thar roads / black topping of roads / Comet Roads, provision of Drinking Water facilities in all the Wards of petitioner and development of Burial Ground in the petitioner locality, as per the estimates dated 21.06.2016, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and the learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent.
2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to implement the resolution Nos.1 to 16, dated 03.06.2016 by according administrative sanctions.
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent by referring paragraphs 19 and 26 of the counter affidavit submitted that even though there was no quorum for passing the resolution on 03.06.2016, the third respondent has already implemented six resolutions out of sixteen and in due course, other resolutions will be implemented.
4. In the light of the above submission, this Court is of the considered opinion, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
